This subscription policy governs the use of the Pro D3 subscription service provided by Synergy Biologics on www.prod3.co.uk.
By subscribing to our service, you agree to the terms outlined below. Our goal is to deliver your preferred Pro D3 supplements directly to your door, ensuring you never run out.

 

1. Subscription Duration and Renewal

Your subscription is set to automatically renew every month. To fulfil the minimum requirement, all subscribers must retain their subscription for at least three (3) consecutive orders before any requests for cancellation or modification can be processed.

2. Payment

Upon subscribing, you authorise us to charge the payment method you provided for all orders during the subscription period, including the renewal transactions unless the subscription is cancelled according to the terms provided herein.

3. Cancellation and Modification Policy

After fulfilling the minimum requirement of three (3) orders, you may cancel or modify your subscription. To do so, please visit your subscription account using the email provided or contact our customer service team at least 7 days before your next scheduled order. Cancellations or modifications made less than 7 days before the next order will apply to subsequent orders.

4. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices. However, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before any price changes take effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel or modify your subscription before the change occurs.

5. Consumer Rights

Your satisfaction is our priority. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of starting it without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact our customer service.

6. Complaints and Disputes

We are committed to resolving any complaints amicably. If you have any concerns or complaints about your subscription, please reach out to our customer service team. We aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours.
