Shipping Policy
All orders received before 2pm, for Mainland UK, are shipped from our storage warehouse in Walsall, UK, if we have the item(s) in stock. If the item(s) you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and let you know the lead time on your purchase, which is normally 2-3 days.
We do not ship on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Local / Public Holidays and between Christmas Eve to New Years Day. Orders received during these days will be processed on the first business day back and shipped on the next business day.
Orders placed on the weekend of Public Holidays will be processed and sent on the next business day.
Customers must allow 10 business days for delivery before we will reship or refund orders purchased on this site.
Order Confirmations
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order to the email address you have provided.
We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Back Orders
In the unlikely event, that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate shipment, the item(s) will be shipped immediately once back in stock with no additional shipping charges.
Shipping Methods and Charges
Standard Delivery - Sent using the Royal Mail delivery network, untracked at a cost of £2.00. With this method of delivery, you will receive your order usually within 4-5 business days. This shipping method is Free of Charge on orders over the value of £20.
Express Recorded Delivery - Sent using the Royal Mail delivery network, tracked at a cost of £4.70. With this method of delivery, you will receive your order usually within 3-4 business days. A signature will be required on delivery. This shipping method is Free of Charge on orders over the value of £30.
Express Delivery - Next Business Day - Sent using the Royal Mail delivery network, tracked at a cost of £6.20. With this method of delivery, you will receive your order usually within 1 business day. A signature will be required on delivery. This shipping method is Free of Charge on orders over the value of £35.
Express Delivery - Next Business Day with 1 Hour Window - Sent using the DPD delivery network, tracked at a cost of £7.50. With this method of delivery, you will receive your order usually within 1 business day and you will be sent tracking details via email and via mobile text messaging, where details have been provided. Please note the 1 Hour Window Slot will only be available were a valid email and/or mobile phone number for text messaging have been provided. A signature and image will be required on delivery. This shipping method is Free of Charge on orders over the value of £50.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need to ensure your order is placed before 2pm (excluding Friday) for Express delivery options. If orders are placed after 2pm, then the order will be processed for the following business day.
We are unable to control any external factors that may affect the delivery of your order and your shipping method, however we will do our best to ensure the selected shipping method is used and your delivery is received in good time.
