Returns and Refunds

Returns of goods supplied in accordance with the customer’s orders cannot be accepted without prior consent of synergy biologics. Pre-paid postage will be arranged for the returns to be made. Credit notes on accounts will be produced in terms of refunds.

Failure to take receipt of delivery may incur charges. Please provide alternate delivery i.e. neighbors at point of sale.

Refunds are only issued at the discretion of synergy biologics


Damage / Loss in Transit

synergy biologics accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s requirements with respect to notification of damage, shortage or non-delivery of goods. Goods should be inspected on receipt and damage/shortage advised to ourselves by calling 0845 519 7401.

Damages must be reported within 2 Business days from receipt of delivery.

Damaged goods must be retained for inspection  at the company’s discretion. Damaged goods returned to the company will only be accepted if prior agreement has been made.

Non Delivery must be advised via telephone or email within 14 days of placing the order.
